The Chord Harp

The Chord Harp is a chorded zither that was produced by Musicmakers between 2015 and 2018

The unique shape and string configuration was inspired by the shape of spiral sea shells. Four groups of strings where laid out across the body, each group making a chord, each chord being a musical fourth or fift away from the neighboring chords. This configuration allowed for playing a I, IV, and V chord in two keys.
